1. Introduction

Welcome to La Kazbek. By using this website and booking our services, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically without prior notice; the updated version will always be available on the website.

2. Booking Policy

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us or after paying an advance (if requested).

  • For groups larger than 5 people, a 30% advance may be required.

  • Rates include VAT and local taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation: At least 48 hours before the check-in date.

  • Late cancellation: The cost of the first night will be charged.

  • No-show: The full amount of the booking will be charged.

4. House Rules

To ensure the comfort of all guests, please respect the following:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms (fine: 1000 MDL).

  • Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00.

  • Pets are allowed only with prior notice and may involve additional fees.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 14:00. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage free of charge.
Check-out: Until 11:00. Late check-out is available subject to availability, for an additional fee.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

La Kazbek complies with data protection legislation (GDPR). We collect only the data necessary to process your reservation (Name, Phone, Email).

Your data will never be sold to third parties. You can request the deletion of your data from our system at any time by sending an email to our contact address.

7. Limitation of Liability

The property is not responsible for valuables left unattended outside the in-room safe (if available) or in common areas.

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest at the replacement value.
